We provide FREE REGULAR SHIPPING with 1 to 2 week delivery on all orders over $100 USD TO THE USA, EU, AU & NZD. 

Optionally, we offer DHL, UPS or Fedex Express shipping for deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries with an average 5 - 9 days delivery. If express shipping is not selected, we use regular shipping to all countries with an average 10 - 15 days delivery time. 

All orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days 

For both regular and express shipping, rural and remote locations may take 3 - 5 days longer.

• EU: 6 to 11 business days
• UK: 6 to 11 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to18 business days
• Mexico: 11 - 21 business days
• SE Asia: 7 - 15 business days

DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES:

Typically there is NO duties or any other customs fees for USA, Australia and New Zealand on orders under $580. Under $800 in the USA.

Duties are payable on delivery for orders shipped to Canada.

In Europe, typically there is no duties, but VAT is not included in prices and is payable on delivery. 

 

Shipping times do not include order processing. This usually takes 3 - 4 days depending on time of year e.g. Christmas Season, Easter etc. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can click on to view the tracking status of your order.

Any item not in stock when your order is placed will be made and shipped within 7 - 10 days. If this is the case, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

 

ORDER PACKAGING: We ship by compressed bag

Chilco Leather ships all large items like backpacks, briefcases, and duffle bags by compressed bag. This may require that we fold items to reduce package size. This does not harm the leather or canvas and your bag should regain full shape in a few weeks of use and creases (if present) will disappear very quickly. 

Smaller items like wallets, sling bags, toiletry bags etc are also shipped by bag. Small items ordered with larger items will be shipped in the same bag.

 

Returns and Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect (not typical), we will exchange your purchase in the first 90 days - view details
• If you place an order and change your mind, contact us within 12 hours and we will update or refund your order - no questions asked. Once your order is picked up and in transit for delivery, we cannot cancel or refund your order. With many orders we are able to ship within 24 hours so if you change your mind - Contact us immediately.
