Shipping policy

We provide FREE REGULAR SHIPPING with 10 - 15 day delivery on all orders over $200 USD to the United States (No tracking provided with regular shipping)

Optionally, we offer DHL/Fedex/UPS Express shipping for deliveries to the USA and Canada listed below with an average 5 - 9 days delivery. If express shipping is not selected, we use regular shipping to all countries with an average 10- 15 days delivery time (No tracking provided with regular shipping). All orders are shipped from China via Hong Kong.. Rural and remote locations may take about 10 days longer.

All orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days - We do not process orders on weekends.

Please refer to the list below for countries we ship to and the estimated delivery times. Most orders will arrive in this estimated time frame for all countries listed.

Shipping times do not include order processing. This usually takes 3 - 4 days depending on time of year e.g. Christmas Season, Easter etc. All orders are shipped from China via Hong Kong.

Remote Locations: Allow and extra 10 days for delivery to remote locations



We provide tracking numbers via email for all express orders placed on our website. These are provided after the order is processed and picked up by the shipping company. If you do not receive this email and tracking number, please make sure you do not have a spam blocker active, and check your spam folder before contacting us.

There is NO duties or taxes on orders shipped to the USA.

  • USA - No duties for orders under $800
  • Canada - Duties are payable on delivery for orders shipped to Canada.



Chilco Leather has no control over delays due to custom clearance in the destination country. Chilco Leather accepts no responsibility for any delays incurred during customs clearance.


ORDER PACKAGING: We ship by compressed bag via Fedex, UPS or DHL (as outlined above)

Chilco Leather ships all large items like backpacks, briefcases, and duffle bags by compressed bag via Fedex, DHL, UPS or EMS for regular shipping. This may require that we fold items to reduce package size. This does not harm the leather or canvas and your bag should regain full shape in a few weeks of use and creases (if present) will disappear quickly. 

Smaller items like wallets, sling bags, toiletry bags etc are also shipped by bag.
Small items ordered with larger items will be shipped in the same package.

Sender Address Not Shown as Chilco Leather? Major couriers like DHL and Fedex use their own bags in addition to our packaging. It is common practice for them to use their warehouse address as the sender address on their shipments. So, if you see a sender address other than Chilco Leather, do not be concerned, it is from the Chilco Leather fulfillment service we use for shipping or courier address. 


No Refunds for Refusal of Package on Delivery:   

Our leather goods are be shipped via Hong Kong. No refunds will be issued for refusal of shipped items due to delays, concerns regarding the origin/source of the products, Corona virus (COVID-19), or any other similar reasons or events.
